Refund policy

Returns

Our return policy allows for 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with sales receipt or proof of purchase. 
Contact us at hello@wickd.online to start a return. Once accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Damaged or incorrect items should be reported immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom or sale items, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are available. Contact us at hello@wickd.online. Please note that you will be responsbile for any applicable shipping charges for exchange. 

European Union

For EU shipments, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Item/s must be in original condition with tags and packaging, along with proof or purchase.  

Refunds

We'll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return to confirm refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it exceeds 15 business days, please contact us at hello@wickd.online.
