PROCESSING TIME
Our handmade products require up to 3 business days for crafting before being dispatched within 2-3 working days.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
All orders are shipped from Singapore. Domestic orders within Singapore are delivered by a local courier and international orders are shipped via an international courier with free shipping for orders $100 and above.
If you suspect your order was lost in transit:
If the last tracking update happened more than 7 days ago, send us an email to let us know. We will contact the carrier to find out the status of your package. If the carrier's search determines the package was permanently lost while in transit, we will replace or refund you in full.
If your order arrived with damaged contents:
If your handmade craft arrived damaged (broken), send us an email within 5 days of delivery. We will need clear photos from multiple angles to use for the insurance claim. We will then replace or refund the damaged pieces.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, and any other charges, even if shipments are refused upon delivery. We ship packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes, and cannot anticipate the exact charges you may incur. If additional charges are required, you must settle them for customs clearance.
Customs regulations mandate declaring the order value on the package. Customs officials can decide to release or hold the package and, in some instances, may cause delivery delays.
